"⏳ Time Machine Secrets & Mike Markham's Disappearance 🤯"

 "⏳ Time Machine Secrets & Mike Markham's Disappearance 🤯"

May 2, 1972. An Italian newspaper published an article that shook the world. The reason? The

title of the article.

Inventata la macchina che fotografa il passato. Meaning, in the epicenter of Roman Catholicism,

the Vatican Church, Father Ernetti, who is working as a priest, has made a time machine to see

past events. And with the help of that, he saw the crucifixion of Jesus with his own eyes.

Now, I know, I know, after listening to this last line, you are not alone, who feels that this can

only be a hoax. In fact, even the Vatican Church at that time, many people said that it is just a

hoax. But then, in 1988, suddenly, out of nowhere, the Vatican issued a warning that if any

person is working on a time machine to see past events, then he should be stopped right now,

otherwise, he will have to be disrespected by the society.

So, basically, what happened in the story so far, is that a person says that he has made a time

machine. After that, some people say that it is a hoax. And then, after his 16-year silence,

suddenly, the people of the community issued a warning that if you are working on this, then

stop it immediately.

After all, what was the reason behind the stance behind these changes? Well, the real reason

behind the changes in these statements goes not only to the Vatican, but also to many other

prominent thinkers of that time. Because in those days, Marcello Pellegrino Ernetti, also known

as Father Ernetti, in his invention of a time machine called Chronovisor, he talked about the

involvement of 12 prominent scientists of the country. And if I were to mention just two of

them, then without them, we would be in the age of steam engines today.

They were so prominent and they have contributed so much so far. One scientist was the

world's first nuclear reactor, the Italian-American physicist who made the Chicago Pile-1, and

the Nobel Prize winner, Enrico Fermi. And the other was the so-called father of rocket science,

the ex-Nazi, German-American aerospace engineer, Werner von Braun.

Now, if we trust this information, then seriously, Ernetti was working with some highly talented

individuals, who were so capable that they could make a Chronovisor, because anyway,

Chronovisor was just a device with which some electromagnetic signals were to be captured,

nothing more. After all, it was technically just a kind of antenna TV. So, one day, when father

Ernetti was working with his senior colleague, father Agostino Gemelli, on the Latin Mantra,

Gregorian Chants, sung in the church, while filtering out unwanted sounds from them, he

heard the voice of Gemelli's dead father on his recorder.

It felt like he was talking to him in the sound lab of the Catholic University of Milan. Now, this

can also be called a hallucination, but again, it's kind of rare for two people to have the same

hallucination at the same time, right? And that's why, Ernetti, who was also a physicist by

profession, came to the conclusion, that even after his death, the sound and electromagnetic

waves of Gemelli's father were trapped on this earth, and they were being detected on his

recorder. Now, you can also understand, that if this is true, then how big a breakthrough this is.

If Ernetti's theory is correct, then this itself is a proof that he also invented a legit chronovisor.

Because, conceptually, what does a chronovisor do? It just catches the sound and

electromagnetic waves of the past trapped in the environment through two metal antennas,

and then projects that same data on the screen in audio-video format. Simple mechanism,

nothing much.

But, one second, is it right to call a chronovisor a time machine? I mean, okay, we can look into

the past with its help, but this can also be done by a simple mirror, right? As light takes time to

reach from you to the mirror and then from the mirror to your eyes, the image you see in the

mirror is technically a few milliseconds old, right? Now, we don't call a mirror a time machine.

The real time machine would be the one that can make Einstein's theory of relativity travel

through time. Because, Einstein's theory still helps us understand time very well.

When Einstein proposed the theory of relativity, he also added a concept of time dilation to it.

Which basically meant that for everyone, time moves at different speeds and moves forward.

We just need to know how to manipulate it.

And you must have seen something similar in the movie Interstellar, when Cooper, the main

character of the movie, spends two years on a supermassive black hole, Gargantuan, orbiting

the planet Millers. When he returns from there, he finds out that his 10-year-old daughter,

Murph, is now almost 23 years older than her dad, who is almost 35 years old. In that movie,

the supermassive gravity of Gargantuan on Miller's planet warped the space-time fabric so

much that as soon as he got close to it, it was as if Cooper's time had become extremely slow.

And when he returned, he had technically reached the future of his daughter without aging

himself. And this is true, which has definitely been obeyed by the latest theories of science. I

mean literally, since the gravity of the earth is also the highest on the surface, if you live one

foot above your friend for a period of 79 years, then your friend will also reach your future 90

billionth of a second ahead of you.

Isn't it interesting? Well, exactly not. Because relativity is quite confusing actually. Now, all my

loyal subscribers here will say that, Gaurav, you have said in many videos that people living on

the ISS are younger than us.

Because there, in comparison to the earth, time is passing a little slowly for them. And now you

are saying that people living on the ground are younger. So what is the truth? People living on

the ground or people living at height? Well, special eligibility says this, understand it very

carefully

When you move forward in space dimension with a comparable speed of light speed, then to

compensate for it, your speed starts decreasing in time dimension and you age slower than

others. Because of which, while you are alive, you are able to witness the events of the future in

front of your eyes. Now, what does this mean? Well, just that, since on a cosmological scale, 408

km is not too far, so the difference between the astronauts of the ISS and us is negligible.

Meaning, because they are moving at a speed of 27,580 km per hour, those people are

witnessing the future of the people on earth and not the other way around. So, because of

speed, time dilation is happening. And on earth, if you are on the ground, then because of

gravity, time dilation is happening.

And that's why if your friend lives one foot above, then for him, comparatively, time dilation is

decreasing a little. You now understand? But yes, this does not mean that those living on the

ISS are increasing in our future by a significant margin. Because how much will be the final time

dilation, still depends on the mutual coordination or adjustment of gravity and speed.

Meaning, in short, if you manipulate anyone from gravity or speed, then time will automatically

come under your control. But now, what do you think? Who is easier to manipulate to make a

time machine? Gravity or speed? Well, obviously speed. That's why we talk about warp drive

and light speed engines, etc.

But how many of us have been able to find an easy way to manipulate gravity? Well, none

except physicist Ron Mallet. Ron Mallet was only 10 years old when his father died of a heart

attack. Now, because Ron was very young at that time, he thought that his father had a heart

attack because of his addiction to cigarettes.

Now, imagine yourself, what would you want in such a situation? Obviously, if you can, you

would like to somehow go back in time and stop your father from getting addicted. And that

was Ron's plan too. And with this goal, he did a PhD on Einstein's theory of relativity, so that he

could make a time machine.

He believed that there is a theory of relativity that can accurately connect space and time. And

according to this theory, if you bend space with the help of gravity, then instead of a straight

path, you will have to go through a curved and therefore a stretched path. Now, obviously,

despite traveling at light speed on such a path, you will have to travel comparatively more

distance.

So in this case, when you are traveling more in space, then what will happen to you in time?

Yes, you guessed it right, time will automatically compress for you, that is, it will become slow, it

will dilate. Past, present and future will sort of fit into a small time frame for you and you can

reach there at any time you want. The only question was how to do this? Finally, Ron came up

with a plan.

Because we know that laser light is a concentrated energy, this concentrated energy can create

gravity. And gravity can then affect time. So all we need to travel in time is an extremely

powerful ring laser, which can create immense gravity with its energy in a small space.

Now, although it is not that simple, there is a catch. According to Mallet, time machines are a

kind of time portals. And that's why if you want to go back in time, then it is necessary to have

some kind of time machine at that time, from where you can get out at that time.

That is, even if Ron makes a working time machine tomorrow, how will he be able to step into

his father's timeline? And perhaps this was also the reason that when Stephen Hawking had a

party for time travellers in 2009, no time traveller could come in it. That is, we can say that it is

sort of a rule that you cannot go beyond that timeline in the past, the timeline in which the first

time machine was made. There is only one person who has broken this rule so far, whose name

is Mike Markham.

Year 1995, which is my birth year, an 21-year-old American student, Mike Markham, was

working on an electric device called Jacob Ladder. In this device, basically, with the help of

powerful lasers, the air between the two metal poles is made electrically conductive, so that a

continuous electric arc can be created between those poles. Now, this device was quite

ordinary, but Mike also noticed something extraordinary in it.

He saw that an invisible heat signature was detected between the two poles, which is in the

shape of a tornado. When Mike placed a screw in it to check that vortex, he saw that the screw

disappeared from there in less than half a second and appeared a few feet away. As if he had

skipped the time it took to cover that distance.

You see, sort of like a time machine. And then what happened? For the next two years, Mike

used his device to his advantage and made a big and powerful version of this device. And then

in 1997, without any proper trial, he tested it directly on himself.

The result? That was the last time when people saw Mike. After that, where did he go? How is

he? No one knows. Until, a few days after Mike's disappearance, out of nowhere, a strange call

comes on the 8-bell radio show, and it gives people a hint of a mysterious corpse found in 1930.

Actually, in 1930, the police found a strange corpse on California beach. You know, whose body

was a little crushed, but he had a cell phone-like device in his hand. But how can a cell phone be

possible in 1930? Well, going a little deeper into that case, it turns out that even though the face

of that corpse was unrecognizable, its height and body were quite similar to Mike's.
